Pregnancy and Postpartum is a time your body needs extra support. A simple and effective exercise routine aimed at the specific changes happening in your body during this time period, can be a huge help as you prepare for birth and help you recover much faster after.

Sierra is an amazing teacher and a wonderful person. She is knowledgeable about body conditions and makes sure the exercises are safe and challenging. I always feel refreshed and positive after her teaching!

WELCOME!

My name is Sierra, I am a lifelong dancer and lover of movement.

My journey with movement is long and varied.  I have explored many avenues to find the right tools and practices to support my overall health and I have a lot of passion for helping others along their path as well.

At any age and fitness level, your ability to listen to your body and find out what it needs is an essential step to living well. The body is resilient, adaptable, and capable, it is our job to provide the stimulus it needs to do what it knows how to do.

I use a blend of Pilates, Corrective Exercise, and traditional gym exercises to promote healing and help unlock the areas of the body that may not be functioning at their optimal level, contributing to pain or hindering performance.
