In-home sessions can be done inside your home or at a building gym with or without Pilates equipment.
In-studio sessions will be held at a fully equipped Pilates studio with location options on the Upper East Side and Upper West Side in Manhattan and Brooklyn (Atlantic Terminal).
These sessions vary from 30-90 minutes depending on your needs and goals.
Prior to first session we will schedule a 15 minute phone meeting to discuss your goals and fitness history.
Online sessions are done live over Zoom. We will discuss props you have available or props that I recommend.
